Belaynesh Ketema is the owner and primary provider of Mill Creek Adult Family Home, a role she has held since 2019. She is a seasoned healthcare professional with over two decades of experience, having begun her career in the healthcare field in 2004.
Belaynesh brings more than 22 years of hands-on experience working in a variety of healthcare settings, including mental health hospitals, nursing homes, and acute care hospitals. Her extensive background has provided her with the skills and clinical judgment necessary to care for individuals with complex medical, behavioral, and developmental needs.
She holds multiple professional certifications, including Mental Health Technician (MHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Developmental Disabilities (DD) certification. Belaynesh is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, person-centered, and high-quality care, while ensuring dignity, safety, and respect for every resident.
